The Service is currently offered as a private beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. Beta users acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, and other limitations.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you have the right to connect your repositories to the Service
- Reviewing generated documentation for accuracy before publishing
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Not using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Not attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Not exceeding rate limits or attempting to abuse the Service
5. Intellectual Property
Your Code: You retain all rights to your source code. We do not claim any ownership interest in your code. We do not use your code to train machine learning models.
Generated Documentation: You own the documentation generated from your code. You may use, modify, and distribute it without restriction.
The Service: DevNotes AI, including its underlying technology, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of DevNotes AI and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVNOTES AI, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevNotes AI and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
